In 1984, Heimdal published their very first divisional history: 9. SS-Panzer-Division. Written by the late Herbert F rbringer, an elder of the Hohenstaufen, this work is a landmark. Today, the two best French specialists on the Waffen SS team up to provide it with an indispensable complement. Approximately 800 photos, largely unpublished, nearly 200 documents, numerous testimonies as well as biographies of the principal officers of the division.
