With the advent of Air Boosters, kicks capable of adding inches to anybody's jump, street ball is more popular than ever, with players of all types and skills flocking to the courts to try and make something of themselves. As a result, the game has become a shadow of its former glory, with victory usually going to the team with the best kicks and gear rather than the best skills. In response to the game's fall from grace, a mysterious street ball team has started scouting players with true natural talents to put end to the games polluted by the pretenders.
