Alexus comes out of a coma only to find that the man she loves and cherishes, rap mega star BLAKE "BULLETFACE" KING, has been cheating on her left and right with his ex girlfriends and a new Atlanta stripper who goes by the name BADDIE BARBIE.

Alexus also learns that the boss of a rival cartel has gone after her mother and children during her hospitalization.
