life can truly be a roller coaster ride. We have the tendency to think of our present situation as either good or bad, up or down. This can often become a trap because we have the choice to either go through it and make it out on the other side or become stagnant and settle in a place of misery. We sometimes overlook the fact that life is all about transitions. In those valleys we can experience things that will teach us life lessons such as barely making it through college to finding that amazing job; from losing a loved one to gaining a beautiful child; from going through the most traumatizing divorce to later remarry. "Through the Valley" explores the life of a person that went through his share of obstacles and adversity. We cannot control all the events of our lives or the losses we may unexpectedly experience, but we can always choose how to respond to them.
