If we take the Economy of Providence seriously, then the land into which a people is born is also an intention of God, providing many lessons of life both natural and supernatural.

Our American Studies and Geography will be organized around the evangelization of the land -- with special attention to the character of the missionaries and to the way their testimonies were received, resisted or persecuted.

The lessons will focus around the three main countries that heroically subdued the land and founded our beloved country: France, Spain, and England.

We will then follow the westward movement to the Pacific Coast. The students will discover in the lessons: the lives of the missionaries in particular regions, the explorers and natural leaders, as well as of the original inhabitants of America: the Indians.
