The only thing non-identical twin sisters Jaycee and Alexa have in common (besides a birthday) is that they can see and take part in another dimension: one parallel to, but quite different from, the regular world.

Now, it's late in the summer and time for Camp In-Between's big color war. When Jaycee is chosen as a team captain, she and Alexa are drawn into a struggle over what's more important: their relationship or boys.

But first, the twins set off to find another copy of their disintegrated star maps given to them by Artie, their Arcturian guide. These star maps hold great significance and represent a code to their innate powers.
