Dr. Siang-Yang Tan is senior pastor of First Evangelical Church in Glendale, California. He is also associate professor of psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary, a licensed psychologist, and the author of Lay Counseling: Equipping Christians for a Helping Ministry.
