Sides A and B contain the original recording of the first Incubus album "Serpent Temptation", albeit remastered and with a changed track order.

Sides C and D each start with two rehearsal/live recordings of songs off the second Incubus album "Beyond The Unknown", the remaining three songs on each side are the six songs which didn't make it on the four-song Incubus demo "Supernatural Death".

No whatsoever info regarding this is to be found on the LP sleeve.
