A book-shaped four disc compilation that comes with a 50 page illustrated booklet written by John McDermott.

Track 1-1 recorded June 1966 at Chalk Farm Studios, London.
Originally released as Cream's first single in October 1966.
Tracks 1-2 to 1-12 comprise the album Fresh Cream.
The British version, released December 1966, included "Spoonful" but omitted "I Feel Free". The US version, released January 1967, included "I Feel Free" but omitted "Spoonful".
Recorded July-September 1966 at Chalk Farm Studios and Mayfair Studios, London.
Track 1-13 recorded May 1967 at Atlantic Studios, New York during the Disraeli Gears sessions. Previously unreleased.
Tracks 1-14 to 1-24 comprise the album Disraeli Gears, released November 1967.
