After her dad was diagnosed with an unknown disease, Maven had no choice but to move in with her grandma in Iceland. After finding a mysterious box filled with memories of her mother, she finds out that her world is not all that it seems.

Not only is her dad a king of a kingdom in an unknown dimension, now she has to travel back in order to take his place on the throne. But what awaits her in this new world is more than a crown, it's a war. From a prophecy over a hundred years ago, she now must form a mysterious knight council that will be set in the middle of the war. She is not sure if this prophecy is for her good or for her demise, so she must decide what her next act will be.
